If you receive a popup dialog stating that RingCentral is not authorized for use with Google, you may need to re-authorize the RingCentral extension within Chrome by following the steps and reviewing the screenshot below.
1. Quit or Exit the Chrome application completely
2. Start Chrome again and open a new blank tab. Ensure that you have selected and are working within the Chrome profile associated with your RingCentral account/extension.
3. Click on the RingCentral extension within Chrome; sign into RingCentral from there
4. Click the gear button
5. Click the "Authorize" button next to Google; if prompted, choose "Allow" to grant permissions or access with Chrome and RingCentral
