How to obtain a copy of your Emergency Kit from 1Password

Your Emergency Kit contains your Secret Key. Your Secret Key is what allows you to have access to your 1Password account. Without this, the recovery process will require you to contact us & will potentially disrupt your workflow for an extended period.

1. Browse to 1Password.com & sign in to your account
2. On the top right-hand side of the screen, you will see your name and & drop down carrot - click it & select "My Profile"
   
3. Once there, you will see "Save Emergency Kit" click it & select "Download."
   
   
4. Once downloaded, place it somewhere safe (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, ETC) where only you can access it - and you will not accidentally delete it.
