When an SSI agent needs to look at your Chromebook for remote support, we utilize built-in Google do so. Here's how you do it:
1. Open Chrome & browse to https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/
2. Select "Remote Support"
3. Click "Accept.& Install"
4. Run the installer upon completion of the download, and you'll be provided with a code. Your SSI support agent utilizes that code to remotely access your Chromebook to provide you with support.
