Rather than require individual users to manually download and add the RingCentral plugin into their Chrome Browser, which enables them to book RingCentral Meetings within a Google Calendar event, as a system administrator you can default install RCM as a GCal option for the entire organization. To do so, login to the organization's Google Apps admin account, then open the following page: https://gsuite.google.com/marketplace/app/ringcentral_for_google_calendar/252157745625
Next, click Domain install and accept any pop-ups.
